We haven’t really been doing anything with the website, but we’re finally ready to do something with it. You can still buy shirts using our PayPal setup, but a completely new site with new t-shirts and a much-improved e-commerce cart is coming very soon.

I just wanted to make a quick mention of the fact that we are no longer stocking the red ringer shirt. The red ringer was a limited-edition shirt and can still be ordered via special order. It is too expensive to stock shirts in multiple styles, so from now on when we launch a new shirt, we will stock only one color shirt with other colors available by special order.
Special order shirts will be printed with the next print run, so there could be a wait of up to a few weeks until the shirts are ready.
Bay City Tees is happy to add downtown Bay City’s Water Front Market & Deli to the list of retailers carrying our shirts. For anyone who doesn’t know, Water Front Market is one of the best delis you will find in the Tri-Cities. In addition to having a great selection of soups and sandwiches, they also carry a variety of gourmet foods, wine & beer, and a select few Bay City-related gift items, which now includes the I ♥ BC shirt.

I can’t believe that it’s taken me a few weeks to write about this, but a few weeks ago the I ♥ BC shirt made its stage debut when Bay City musician/magician Bob Bloenk and his sidekick Andy Rogers played Friday at the Falls at the Waterfall Park in downtown Bay City.
Bob stopped by a few days before the show to see if I could get him two shirts in time for their performance on Friday so that they could wear them. Luckily, my order had already been placed and I was able to get the shirts to them. I stopped by and took a few photos from their show.
Thanks very much, Bob and Andy, for wearing the shirts out. If anyone reading this has a chance to see these two play together, you should jump at it. The music was a lot of fun and the crowd was really into it. I’m looking forward to seeing them again sometime soon.

Many thanks to everyone who gave me feedback regarding the I ♥ BC shirts. A second round of thanks to everyone who pre-ordered one or more of the shirts. Because of your support we ended up doubling our initial print run. The photo above shows our conference table filled with piles of shirts. We did a quick inventory and sorted the shirts by size before pulling the pre-orders and wholesale orders ready to deliver.
The great news is that we’ve almost sold out our first run of shirts in less than a week. We are planning a second run in the next couple of weeks, but I want to hold off for a week or so to see how the response is on the website and in the retail stores carrying the shirts. It’s a tricky balancing act…I don’t want to order too many, but I hate that we’ve already run out of a couple of sizes.
Our second shirt design will be here in the last week of August, but there is still plenty of news coming in the next few weeks so please stop back and see what we are up to.
